It's always been hard for me to fall asleep it's like my mind has been racing all over the place especially when it's time for me to go to sleep and it's hard for me to stay asleep without tossing and turning and just having that good sleep but I've heard of people using sequel It's for to help go to sleep not versus taking Nyquil is for when you're sick and everything like that but they have a product for having trouble of going to sleep so after trying this for the first day it was very very quickly for me to fall asleep which is good because I don't want to go to sleep when it's time to go to sleep because I like to have the schedule and it actually make me stay asleep which is good cuz I love this product this is a great product to try if you have trouble sleeping I did receive this product free to try out on influenster
